Our network of authorized dealers provide maintenance assistance and customer service worldwide. You can choose from any of our Full Service Dealers or Service Only Centers that are available to you. If you need assistance in locating a service center in your area please fill up our service call form.

Canmedic maintains a fully staffed Technical Service Department to provide complete back-up support for the field technicians servicing your Canmedic product. Should a field technician need help trouble-shooting a problem Canmedic has technicians ready to offer assistance. If needed the authorized dealer or service center can send the unit to our facility for repair.

In addition Canmedic maintains a complete Spare Parts Department ready to ship replacement parts to your authorized dealer or service center.
